Google Analytics

We use functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the user is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google will use this information as part of our agreement on order processing in accordance with Art.28 GDPR to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with other services related to the use of this online offer and the internet to deliver to. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.

We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser is not merged with other Google data.

Data processing takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f GDPR). This is the improvement of our online offer using the anonymized data collected.

You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the online offer and from processing this data by Google by activating the following checkbox. An opt-out cookie is set which prevents the collection of your data on future visits to this website.

Web fonts

This page uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. Server log files

We use the services of the web space provider Host Europe GmbH, Hansestrasse 111, D-51149 Cologne.

As part of our agreement on order processing in accordance with Art.28 GDPR, Host Europe collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes: time of access, retrieved URL, browser and IP address of the user (anonymized).

The log data is only used for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation and to ensure information security. If there are reasonable grounds for suspecting illegal use, the log data will be checked subsequently. The data will be deleted after 14 days.

Data processing takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f GDPR). This is the guarantee of information security.

Google Maps

We use the “Google Maps” component from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”, on our website.

Each time the “Google Maps” component is called up, Google sets a cookie to process user settings and data when the page on which the “Google Maps” component is integrated is displayed. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but expires after a certain period of time, unless you have manually deleted it beforehand.
