The Frame: Our high-quality tent frames are all made of high-strength, rust-free aluminum profiles and aluminum connecting elements, forming the perfect and robust basis for the tents. The profiles have a wall thickness of up to 2.5mm. Additionally, all hinges, bolts, and screws are made of stainless steel. To prevent injuries or damage to the tent roof, all aluminum parts are rounded and have no sharp edges. All sliding parts of the aluminum frame are protected by plastic inserts. A metal ring ensures easy unlocking of the telescopic feet, ensuring convenient setup and takedown. TIP: If the connecting elements in folding tents are made of plastic, this is an indication that it is not a premium tent.

Quality Roofs and Side Panels: The material and waterproofing are two of the most important quality features of our pop-up pavilions. The material is crucial for the durability and robustness of the tent. Our roofs and side panels are made from 420D polyester fabric with PVC coating. The material is lightweight, durable, and resistant to UV rays. Additionally, they are printable, flame retardant, UV-resistant, and 100% waterproof. Visible zippers and Velcro closures on our tents are always dyed to match the color of the fabric. To ensure long-term usability, our premium roofs have additional PVC inserts at the corners to protect the material.

Configuration and Accessories: The equipment of folding tents depends heavily on their intended use and should be carefully planned to ensure smooth and successful events. An important consideration is choosing suitable side panels. Our side walls come in various options such as panels with windows, half-height side panels, complete clear view side panels or even side walls with doors. Our ballast weights are essential for securely holding down the pavilion, especially in strong winds or uneven surfaces. There are different types of ballast weights available ranging from sandbags to water- and concrete weights or special ballast plates. For use in cooler temperatures or at night, heaters and lighting elements can be added to create a pleasant atmosphere and increase visitor attention. In this context, it is also possible to add bar elements or counters to facilitate product sales and make the event a success.

Spare Parts: Another important quality feature that is almost as crucial is the continuous availability of spare parts. Although our high-quality premium tents are very resistant to wind and weather, there may still be occasions where replacement parts are needed due to gusts or other events. Therefore, it is particularly important for us to always have all spare parts available down to the smallest screw.
