Folding Tents - Quality

All of our 40 × 40 mm profiles are made of high-strength aluminum and are additionally double-reinforced on the inside. Frame thickness: 2.5 mm!

The screws, nuts and bolts used are made of stainless, nickel-plated steel.

To avoid injuries or damage to the tent roof, all aluminum parts are rounded and have no sharp edges.

Inferior plastic on load-bearing parts is completely avoided in our folding tents. The connecting elements and hinges, like the profiles, are made of aluminum.

To ensure maximum stability, small metal feet are attached to the tent posts, which also allow them to be secured by pegs.

All sliding parts of the aluminum frame are protected by plastic inserts. A metal ring ensures easy unlocking of the telescopic feet, which ensures easy assembly and disassembly.

Visible zippers and Velcro fasteners are always colored in the color of the fabric. To ensure long-term usability, the roof has additional PVC reinforcements at the corner points.

Both the roof and the side walls are made of 420D polyester with PVC coating. The 320g / sqm material is UV-resistant, flame-retardant and 100 percent water-repellent. 5 cm wide Velcro or fleece tapes on the roof and side walls enable the side walls to be attached in a matter of seconds.

At the corner points of the roof, metal eyelets are incorporated, which in combination with the guy set ensure maximum stability even in harsh weather conditions.

So that the roof is always in the right place, it is fixed to the gable ends with a cord.

The connections between the scissor profiles are exposed to great stress in folding tents. That is why we only use metallic connections in our tents, which ensures long-term availability.

Fastening clips not only ensure a stable connection between the roof part and frame, but also for a wrinkle-free valance. This is how your individual advertising message comes into its own.

The roof is reinforced with additional PVC at all points where it rests on the frame.

So that the metal hinges do not damage the roof, all surfaces on which the roof rests are protected with plastic caps.
